Having faced years of addiction, trauma, and a profound sense of disconnection, I deeply understand what it feels like to be trapped in patterns that no longer serve you. I’ve walked the path of struggle and doubt, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to want change but feeling stuck in a rut not knowing which path to follow or what to embrace next.
Through my own journey of self-discovery, I’ve learned that true healing and alignment aren’t only achieve along traditional paths — they can happen as we walk our own way. Since the last session... it feels the shift was delayed because I had a busy/tired week but I did feel a shift over the weekend! I pushed myself to follow up properly on certain boundaries... It really feels that the shift from the session had a domino effect: a shift led to a shift, then to another one. Now that I'm in a calmer place, it's a good time for me to continue with the meditations.
